Spend an afternoon clearing away the mid-winter blues with a restorative YIN Yoga and Gong Bath Workshop. YIN Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with body poses that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from 45 seconds to three minutes.
The gong will be continuously played during the YIN poses and the combination of YIN Gong will do wonders for you physically and emotionally.
We will end the workshop with a 40-minute gong bath meditation, leaving you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power.
The gong bath is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
