Spend an evening clearing away the winter blues with a powerful gong bath & yoga routine! Sound Healer Wayne Marto and Registered Yoga teacher Shaefeather Windsong will co-create a safe and relaxing space for you to let go and deeply heal on all levels.
The yoga routine will be slow flowing hatha postures - accessible to everyone, including beginners. All postures can be modified as needed to fit each individual student. The gong will be continuously playing the entire length of time. Class will start with a centering meditation and a brief word on the theme. After warm ups, the full yoga routine is about 50-60 minutes. Savasana (deep relaxation gong bath) at the end of class will be 15-20 minutes.
The pure, penetrating sound waves of the gong cleanse the subconscious and will leave you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power.
